The European Parliament adopted by 610 votes to 6, with 2 abstentions, a decision on amendments to Parliament's Rules of Procedure concerning question time, the central rostrum, the blue-card procedure, explanations of vote, the transparency register and the Ombudsman.

Parliament decided to make the following amendments to its Rules of Procedure:

Certain technical changes of the text of the Rules of Procedure are required since the Agreement of 16 April 2014 between the European Parliament and the European Commission has been replaced by the Interinstitutional Agreement of 20 May 2021 between the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission on a mandatory transparency register…

For: 610(99 %). Against: 6(1 %). Abstentions: 2(0 %). In total, 618 MEPs voted. 87 MEPs didn’t vote.
